Our History as a Travel Nursing and Travel Therapy and Tech Company

In 1997 we started a travel nursing company that built its business on people first. We couldn't see how relationships with our travelers could be built if we were bouncing them from Recruiter to Recruiter based on regions or states. So, we became one of the first companies in the healthcare staffing industry to break the mold and provide our travel nurses and allied health professionals with a dedicated Career Consultant for their entire careers with us.

We also created a flexible pay structure that allows us to provide our travelers with customized compensation packages, excellent benefits and customer service that respects that each nurse and allied health professional is special with individual needs and goals. This service was recognized by the Joint Commission in 2005. We were proud to be the second healthcare staffing company in the nation to be certified.
