At Medical Solutions, your compensation plan is one of the best in the travel nurse industry. Most traveling nurse companies have cookie-cutter compensation programs and a take it or leave it attitude. We believe that every travel nurse or allied health professional is different and one inflexible program can't fit everyone's individual goals. Our compensation packages are flexible and customized to fit your needs. Your personal Career Consultant will take the time to find out what is most important to you whether it's hourly pay, vehicle rentals, stipends, bonuses, Per Diem, etc. and use this information to put a package together outlining each item clearly.

You are paid every week and you may elect to have your pay directly deposited or mailed. Most travel nurses or allied health professionals have their paycheck directly deposited in their primary bank to eliminate the hassle of finding a new bank for each assignment.
