“Eat Glitter and Shine All Day”
A LITTLE ABOUT MESomething that sets me apart as a recruiter is my genuine joy of life. I am always positive, smiling, and exude that excitement with every phone call. I have a very honest and transparent approach. My work ethic and customer service motto is that I will do everything you ask me to do, plus one more thing, to make sure you have an amazing experience. The most important aspect of my job is to establish a trusting working relationship with you that feels more like a friendship. I want to assist you in your professional and personal goals--encourage your triumphs and help with your endeavors.
I was born and raised in Stockton, CA. I moved in San Diego to attend San Diego State University which is where I received my Bachelors of Arts in Political Science. Despite my laid back personality, I do have a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management and taught professionalism to Allied Health students for 2 years. I actually wanted to be an OBGYN but I learned pretty quickly needles and science aren't for everyone. Being a Recruiter has helped me realize I probably should have been in the healthcare field so I live vicariously through you. I am a middle child and a complete over achiever. I'm also a single mother so I am very sensitive to meeting the needs of my traveler's families.
I'd love to get to know you and take this journey with you!
I met Ava this year and its been amazing working with her. She is very loyal to her nurses, always answers the phone. If your looking for loyalty, Ava is your girl......love you Ava!- Lisa Edwards
Ava Lillard not only coaches and guides her clients/employees, she connects with them on such a personal yet professional level... Ava has gone beyond helping me with my studies to be the best possible Nurse using her personal resources and brainstorming. Not once has she turned down offering some sort of help in any possible way she knows best. I've never sincerely experienced a situation Ava hasn't tried offering resources to help me through my life obstacles... Ava Lillard's shine never dulls, even on her worst day...Nonetheless she makes you feel the way employees should be recognized by their bosses. You know that feeling, that all of that hard work maybe gets taken advantage of or foreseen. Ava Lillard gives back that feeling of appreciation, that little light that still remains, that being a nurse and what we do isn\'t just something taken for granted. Instead gives us personal drive to continue being the best to our abilities as a Nurse. Restoring health, well-being and dignity to our patients.- Jamie Edelstein
