Jake Zoucha

Career Consultant

“The odds are always against you no matter what your previous history is. To continue to be successful, you have to overcome the tendency to relax.”

A LITTLE ABOUT ME

I’ve been a Career Consultant here at Medical Solutions since May of 2011 and it’s the most fulfilling job I’ve ever had! I have a total of 16 years of Healthcare staffing experience so I guess you could say I’ve been around the block a few times. I enjoy getting to know the travelers I work with and helping them accomplish their goals. I like to joke around and have fun but at the same time, I take great pride in being a man of my word and someone that you can count on to “shoot you straight” as we like to say here in Nebraska.

I’m a proud husband and father of three that enjoys watching and coaching my kids in their various sports and activities. Other than that, I like playing basketball, working out and enjoying Husker sports in my downtime.

My Interests

  • • University of Nebraska Athletics
  • • Sports in general

  • Comments and Recommendations

Jake always has my back, working to insure I get a great contract or verifying all my paperwork is in order to start a new one. The most important thing about this awesome recruiter is that he checks in on me regularly!!! He is super supportive and he always has a great attitude. He has helped me gain experience and confidence as a travel nurse and I am privileged to call him my friend💙💙

Jake is always there for me! I know I can go to him and he will always have something positive or encouraging to say with sincerity.

    - Miranda B. Med-Surg RN

Jake doesn't view his travelers as a number or a quota. He gets to know his travelers as individuals. He learns what they like, what they need, and how to get everything done so the contract will work for everyone.
