Large, Traveler-friendly facility.
Level 1 Trauma Center.
Homebase of Careflight Helicopter and ambulatory service, which is the primary scene responder to major accidents and other trauma in the area.
This hospital shares trauma call with another hospital in the area.
This is a teaching hospital with a staff of 75 Interns and Residents in surgery/medical/family practice.
Med Surg units need RNs to start ASAP.
Hospital has 7 med surg units.
5 units have approx 32 beds, 2 units have approx 25 beds.
Nurse/patient ratio approx 1:5.
RNs must be comfortable with working in a busy environment.
