| Description |
Medium sized hospital close to the Gulf between San Antonio and Houston.
Hospital needs travel/agency nurses to work on their Med Surg unit.
1 night shift Travel RN openings.
Nurse patient ratio is up to 6:1 on days and 8:1 nights.
There is some nurse aide help, but they are not assigned all the baths.
It is primary care nursing and the units are very busy.
Unit has 33 beds on the Medical (with Tele) unit and 34 beds on the Med/Surg (primarily surgical) unit.
RNs will float between the 2 units as needed.
Meditech charting.
Acudose medication dispensing.
