Come enjoy the 4 Corners area of NM, AZ, CO, and UT! Small Federal facility is close to many state and national parks. Many historical sites to see in the Southwest including Aztec ruins, cliff dwellings and Canyon De Chelly. This is a government facility, so NM license not necessary. 6 bed ER. The shifts are 12 hour rotational (day or night) including weekends and Government Holidays. Must have 2 yrs ER experience. ACLS and PALS required. TNCC preferred but not required. Must have experience in Trauma-Cardiovascular patients, Anatomy and Physiology of all age groups, triage and assess all ages and presentations of symptoms appropriately, proficient in IV cannulation of all age groups, invasive lines- ALine, CVP, SwanGanz, Pacer.
