Come work in Northern AZ at a JCAHO accredited mid-sized health center that provides services to a 4,400 square mile area and serves as a referral center for the western part of the Navajo and Hopi Reservations. This facility is located on the land known as the Colorado Plateau. This semi-desert landscape varies in elevation from 4,400 in the Little Colorado River Valley to nearly 7,000 feet at Preston Mesa.
AZ License not required at this facility.
OR is looking for 2 OR RN Travelers to start ASAP. Primarily day shifts with an occasional evening shift. 4 room O.R. Cases include General, Orthopedics, ENT, OPTICAL, Gynecology, and C-Sections. No Vascular or Neuro cases. This position is 8 or 10 hour shifts Mon-Fri. varying day and early evening shift, On Call rotation required 1 night per week and 1 weekend every 5th week. ACLS required. PALS preferred.
This hospital does not guarantee hours each week, although full time hours will likely be met every week. RN will only get paid for hours worked. OT-Call Back paid after 80 hours per 2 weeks. The hospital does not pay for On Call hours, only pays for Call Back. Call Back hours paid at regular pay rate until 80 hours worked per 2 weeks, then OT rate applies.
