Come enjoy beautiful New Mexico as a Travel RN for your next assignment! Medium sized Traveler-friendly hospital located 1 hour Northeast of Albuquerque is in need of a Travel nurse to work in their 9 bed PACU. This hospital is the only Level III Trauma Center in Northern New Mexico.
5 yrs PACU experience required. 9 bed unit can expand up to 12 if needed. Unit sees 25-35 patients per day, both inpatient and outpatient. Variety of cases ICU background helpful, but not required. Night shifts. Shifts can be 8, 10, or 12 hr shifts for 40 hours-week. Some On Call hours may be required occasionally. Paper charting. Nurse-patient ratio can be 1-2 at times, but normally 1-1. ACLS, BLS required. PALS preferred.
