Enjoy a 13 week assignment in the Phoenix area. Case Managers are clinically competent in care of patients served. The Case Manager manages the interdisciplinary discharge plan to achieve timely and anticipated discharges from a wide variety of patient populations in a busy 500plus bed hospital. . An experienced Case Manager is needed with at least 2 years recent Hospital Case Management. They must also have Interqual Experience.
