Medical Solutions Named Among Denver’s 2018 Best Places to Work
Medical Solutions, one of the nation’s top healthcare staffing companies, has been named among Denver’s 2018 Best Places to Work by the Denver Business Journal. The rankings are based upon internal employee responses to the Quantum Workplace employee engagement survey.
According to the Denver Business Journal, its Best Places to Work awards “highlight companies in the Denver area whose operations are providing the top workplace environment and engaging their teams.”
Medical Solutions earned ninth place in the small category, for organizations with 24 or less local employees, and was recognized at a June 20th awards celebration at The Hangar at Stanley Marketplace in Aurora, Colorado.
The Medical Solutions Denver office became the fifth company location when it opened on June 27th, 2017. In addition to Denver and the flagship Omaha office, Medical Solutions has locations in San Diego, Cincinnati, and Tupelo, Mississippi.
With the Denver office’s recent recognition, all five Medical Solutions offices have now won local or regional Best Places to Work awards. The company has also been named four times among Staffing Industry Analysts’ “Best Staffing Firms to Work For” in the nation, most recently in 2017.
“As we prepare to celebrate our first year in the Denver area, Medical Solutions is incredibly proud to receive this recognition,” said Scott Armstrong, Director of Sales at Medical Solutions’ Denver office. “Our organization chose to put roots down in Denver due to the tremendous amount of talent in this area. None of this would be possible without the amazing people we’ve hired in Denver. Our culture and success are driven by the way we treat and encourage each other daily. We are very excited to continue on this great path in Denver, a city that has been an incredible fit for our organization!”
Medical Solutions offers internal employees both traditional and progressive benefits such as health, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans, as well as paid parental leave, paid life and short-term disability insurance, paid time off for community volunteer outings, and more. Internal employees enjoy a casual dress code and a supportive work environment where life-long friendships and professional mentorships thrive.
Christy Johnston, Senior Director of Culture & Engagement at Medical Solutions, says it’s the employees who allow Medical Solutions’ award-winning culture to thrive.
“Our team members are at the heart of our award-winning workplace culture,” said Johnston. “We focus on hiring talented people, then give them the tools and support they need to excel personally and professionally.”
