Nick oversees all legal matters, including regulatory compliance, contracts, litigation, risk management, government affairs, and enterprise-wide legal strategy. He joined Medical Solutions in 2021 as Associate General Counsel, assuming primary oversight and management of the company’s litigation. Before joining Medical Solutions, Nick was a partner at the law firm of Baird Holm, LLP, where his clients included staffing companies, healthcare plans, and healthcare systems. He is a magna cum laude graduate of Washburn University, earned a master’s degree in political science from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and received his juris doctorate cum laude from Creighton University School of Law.
