Medical Solutions, one of the nation’s largest healthcare staffing companies, has been named among Cincinnati’s Best Places to Work by the Cincinnati Business Courier. The Medical Solutions Cincinnati office earned top honors in the small company category for organizations with 25 to 49 employees. The company was recognized at an October 18 awards ceremony at Cintas Center on the Xavier University campus.

The Business Courier’s annual Best Places to Work program recognizes Greater Cincinnati employers that are “raising the bar for employee engagement and workplace satisfaction.” Internal employees are surveyed and ranked through an independent third party, Quantum Workplace. Companies are scored in areas such as senior leadership, team effectiveness, work recognition and benefits. The finalists are companies rating highest in one of the program’s designated size categories. This year’s awards included 65 finalists across five categories.
All five Medical Solutions offices have won local or regional Best Places to Work awards. The company has also been named four times among Staffing Industry Analysts’ ‘Best Staffing Firms to Work For’ in the nation. The company established it’s Cincinnati location in 2013, which now includes 49 employees. In addition to Cincinnati and its flagship Omaha office, Medical Solutions has locations in San Diego, Denver and Tupelo, Miss.
