Omaha, NE – December 2, 2021 – Midlands Business Journal, a weekly publication featuring in-depth business coverage of the greater Omaha and Lincoln, Neb. business communities and surrounding areas, has named Lexie Myers, Director of Talent Management at Medical Solutions, to its 40 Under 40 list. Compiled for the 20th consecutive year, the list recognizes the accomplishments of entrepreneurs, executives, and professionals under the age of 40.

The 40 Under 40 list is not a ranking, but a way to honor and spotlight those in the Greater Omaha, Council Bluffs, and Sarpy County area for their outstanding career achievements and community involvement.

At Medical Solutions, one of the largest providers of total workforce solutions in the healthcare industry, Myers leads talent management activities and initiatives across the organization. Since joining Medical Solutions in 2019, Myers has become responsible for strategy, process development and management, and execution of the company’s formalized review, goal setting, and merit review process. She’s also active in Medical Solutions’ diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and programs as a member of the DEI Core Team.

“It’s so humbling to be recognized in this way. I’m fortunate to work with an incredible team and grateful to be able to represent Medical Solutions,” said Myers. “I’m so proud of the work we do and our impact. Making a difference, in the big ways and in the day to day, is meaningful.”

“Lexie is a valuable member of the Medical Solutions team and is someone who sets the example that others follow,” said Craig Meier, CEO of Medical Solutions. “She brings creative solutions, drives projects forward, and leads with doing what’s right. She’s also passionate about creating a workplace where all of our team members know and feel they belong. I’m so happy she’s received this much deserved recognition.” Myers is also involved in her local community, volunteering with the Food Bank and with the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
