Medical Solutions, one of the nation’s largest healthcare staffing companies, today announced it has been named among Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) 2019 ‘Best Staffing Firms to Work For.’ The annual award recognizes top employers for their performance in engaging and deploying talent.

Medical Solutions was named a winner in the category for staffing firms with 201-500 employees, scoring in the top quartile in the category. This marks the fifth time Medical Solutions has been named a best staffing company by SIA.

The Best Staffing Firms to Work For awards are sponsored by Monster Worldwide, Inc. (NYSE: MWW). Approximately 400 firms sought participation in the program this year, conducted by SIA in conjunction with Quantum Workplace. Internal employees at each firm complete a 40-question online survey measuring 10 key engagement categories focusing on items including teamwork, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, manager effectiveness, compensation, and benefits. There is no charge for participation and companies completing the survey receive a report highlighting their firm’s results.
