Medical Solutions, one of the nation’s largest healthcare staffing companies, has been named to Inc. magazine’s Best Workplaces for 2019 list. The fourth annual ranking recognizes top employers across the country for their performance in creating exceptional workplaces.

Medical Solutions is among only 346 finalists out of nearly 2,000 companies to be named to the Inc. Best Workplaces list. The list is the result of a wide-ranging and comprehensive measurement of private American companies that have extraordinary workplaces with vibrant cultures, deep employee engagement, and stellar benefits.
Each nominated company participated in an employee survey on topics including trust, management effectiveness, perks, and confidence in the future. Inc. analyzed and audited the data, ranking employers using a composite score of survey results. The strongest engagement scores came from companies prioritizing the most human elements of work; companies leading the way in employee recognition, performance management, and diversity.
This is the first year Medical Solutions has been named to the Inc. magazine Best Workplaces list. The company has been named among Staffing Industry Analysts’ ‘Best Staffing Firms to Work For,’ one of Modern Healthcare’s ‘Best Places to Work in Healthcare,” as well as receiving a ‘Best Places to Work’ distinction in each of the five company locations. The company’s employee satisfaction numbers have helped contribute to its growth, earning Medical Solutions continued top spots on Staffing Industry Analysts’ largest travel nurse staffing, healthcare staffing, and fastest-growing U.S. staffing firms lists, in addition to being named 11 times to the Inc. 5000 list.
