Everyone smiles in the same language!
A LITTLE ABOUT MEHello! So nice of you to stop by....look forward to meeting real soon! I am blessed to have the opportunity to help people like you reach their goals and follow their dreams through travel nursing. I understand that this is a journey for you and I am honored that you trust me to take care of you along the way. I promise to be upfront and honest and always do my best for yoU!
I was born and raised in Lincoln, NE, and attended Wayne State College in Northeastern Nebraska! After a long path in the insurance industry I found what I was missing in my career at Medical Solutions. Here I am able to use my contagiously positive attitude...you are never fully dressed without a smile....to help others achieve their dreams! Don't believe me...give me a call...you will hear my smile! I feel so blessed every day to do something that I can be passionate about!
When I am not at work, I am focusing on being a mom to 2 beautiful children (Wesley and Ila) and wife to an amazing School Superintendent (Andy). We live in small-town Nebraska and I blessed to work remotely from my home office. Our family also includes two fur babies Arbor (Golden Sheppard) and Maddux (Bernadoodle). I love art and to create anything with my hands. I love to whip up new things in the kitchen and I yearn to travel enjoying all the world has to offer while enjoying great food and craft beers and libations. I also love music especially if it is outdoors and live but you will find my listening to all genres.
I believe with a positive outlook and hard work anything can be achieved and I take pride in exceeding your expectations. If you are looking for a recruiter just to do business with, I am not for you. I truly care about my people and value the relationship and friendships we have. I can't wait to see what we can build together!
I just wanted to take the time to let you know how great of a job Tiffanie is doing with me and my new contract. I was very unhappy with my previous recruiter….a lot of communication problems to the point of wanting to quit travel nursing altogether. Tiffanie has been a lifesaver! I truly could not have asked for a better teammate. Tiffanie is so patient with me and my million questions. She is truly invested in me as a person and is concerned with my personal reasons for traveling. My mother’s health declined to the point of becoming unemployed and as an only child, you can imagine the stress of not only being far away (I’m in New York and she’s in GA) but also completely financially maintaining two households. I originally, like most, went into travel nursing to help pay off debt and to see how others work in healthcare. The thought of new ways of doing things and the most up to date procedures, surgeries, and technology is truly exciting! Tiffanie knew I needed to be closer to home for my next assignment and to make matters even more difficult on the day shift so that I could still make the two-hour drive home to take mom to her doctor’s appointments. Tiffanie constantly maintained in communication with me about updates and jobs. She was just the reassurance I needed during this very difficult time in my life. I cannot say enough good things about her except that her honesty is very refreshing. She does her job exceptionally! Who takes care of the tired, hardworking dedicated nurses? Their recruiters! Please feel free to use any or all of my statements to provide some kind of recognition for Tiffanie and all her hard work. It’s so easy to complain and overlook the good but this is one time that I wanted to give a special shout out. Tiffanie’s hard work ensured my personal success and guaranteed my loyalty to the company.- Claudia Haines, RN
