In the end we only regret the chances we didn't take
A LITTLE ABOUT MEHey All! I like to call myself a professional matchmaker and love matching nurses to their perfect opportunity. I am honest, outgoing, loyal, and an amazing listener. My nurses not only look at me as their career consultant but their best friend and part of the family!
I truly understand how it is to drop everything and move across the country. I was born and raised in NJ and decided to step outside of my comfort zone to move to San Diego CA which has been one of the best decisions I could have made. I am extremely positive and live my life to the fullest which includes beaching it, trying new restaurants, running, hiking, and going to my boot camp class! I also love a glass of wine or cocktail from time to time:) I love traveling and recently went to Thailand!
My nurses are truly what make this job amazing and I love working with each and every one of them! My motto is work hard & play hard so I definitely want to make your dreams come true while enjoying the adventure along the way!
My recruiter is amazing!- Kim
I love the weekly communication. Marissa gives me a chance to ask questions or get clarification on my concerns. Plus she makes me feel like I am valued!- Tracy
Marissa makes me feel appreciated and has been very good about finding me jobs that I want and request- Melina
You are amazing as always! You have no idea how much you mean to me and have done for me. I truly appreciate you!
"Marissa Paltridge should won recruiter of the year because she works day and night to make sure that her client's are very well taken care of. Marissa is friendly, thorough at he job; she shows that you are her number one priority in getting the assignments that's right for you. Marissa is also a friend and counselor, she solves problems right away to the best of her ability. She is on top of her game in this business and I am honored that she is my recruiter. Thanks Marissa and I hope you win."- Alicia
"My recruiter was supportive and compassionate after my experience in the October 2017 fires in northern California. I was working at Sutter Regional in Santa Rosa, CA on night shift when we were waiting nervously until the early morning hours to be evacuated with our patients. Marissa sent Medical Solutions items and a gift card for new scrubs. My friend/landlady lost her home and our belongings.
I will be forever grateful for having someone on the other end of the phone understanding the devastation that occurred. I extended through July of 2018."
"Marissa is the best, she very personable. Always checking in to see how you are doing, when you start an assignment and at least once week during the assignment. Very informative and if she does not know, will find out for you. There are no surprises when you are looking for your next assignment, she works closely with you, to make sure you are happy with the final weeks."- Yemi
