Colorado is home to about 100 hospitals — 12 of which meet high enough standards to be ranked among U.S. News & World Report’s 2018/2019 Best Hospitals list. That includes their #1-ranked Colorado hospital, Aurora’s University of Colorado Hospital, which is nationally ranked in 11 specialties, in addition to being ranked “High Performing” in one adult specialty and six procedures/conditions. Take a day trip to cool Fort Collins and get down with the chill, college town vibe and excellent eats. Longmont is home to the Left Hand Brewing Company, just one of Colorado’s many, many craft beer outlets and microbreweries. Tune in with nature and visit natural hot springs in Idaho Springs, Steamboat Springs, Glenwood Springs, Telluride, Ouray, Durango, and many other locations throughout the state.
