Jason leads product and services innovation, analyzing and anticipating industry trends to create new solutions to further position Medical Solutions as a leader in the staffing and recruiting industry. With over 20 years of industry experience, Jason leverages innovative technology to create meaningful experiences and build unforgettable brands. Before joining Medical Solutions in 2018, Jason founded several technology and marketing companies in the staffing industry, including ShiftWise, the first vendor management solution in healthcare, Hively, a customer feedback and rewards platform, and Staffing Robot, a full-service creative agency for staffing and recruiting companies. Jason holds a bachelor’s degree in political science, urban planning, and business from Portland State University, and served four years in the United States Marine Corps.
