Without becoming a Travel Nurse, I would still be at home and probably never have left my hometown hospital. I am very grateful for the opportunity Medical Solutions has given me to work and travel. Next stop, Milwaukee, Wisconsin!
I'm traveling across California with my family. From mountains to beaches and everything in between, California is full of fun!
On the road trip to our first Travel Nursing job at the University of Washington, we attempted to hit as many national parks as possible, or what we called our 'multi-national park extravaganza.' We saw some of the gems of the country, including Grand Canyon National Park and Petrified Forest National Park, and we look forward to all the adventures Seattle will bring!
Traveling has always brought me many wonderful memories. Travel Nursing is creating more opportunities for more wonderful experiences and beautiful memories.
Working in Spokane, Washington was amazing. Jasper National Park in Canada is just a road trip away and it's one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. I even saw a grizzly! Luckily, he must have already had his lunch …
Through travel nursing I have been blessed with the ability to guide my own career path while also enjoying the limitless adventures at each new assignment. My husband and I are new to Travel Nursing. We are so happy to have already seen so many sights with our two little boys. So excited to see more as the assignments come.
I travel for work and travel abroad for vacations … and I love it! Our world is amazing, and there is still so much more to see!
I traveled throughout my pregnancy. I worked until I was 38 weeks pregnant and delivered my son in Honolulu, Hawaii before moving back home.
My husband and I decided to start living married life by adventuring together. We will be celebrating our first year of marriage in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. We have loved every minute of traveling and experiencing new things together.
While on a travel assignment in Vancouver, Washington, I visited lovely sights at the waterfalls with other Travelers. An amazing nurse named Shannon took us to the falls. On this same trip, we were close to Oregon, so we visited a beautiful rose garden.
First assignment in NorCal!! Decided to travel after my husband got out of the military, and see the USA! Thanks Medical Solutions
My husband and I packed our bags and drove to California for my first travel assignment. We spent that time exploring all that the central coast had to offer. We spent many mornings at the beach and enjoyed a little taste of wine country in Napa Valley. Next, we headed north to Seattle, Washington where we have enjoyed lots of beautiful views, a ferry ride, and good food. We look forward to continuing our exciting adventure!
This is my first day as a gypsy. Yes , my car is all packed and I am ready to go. What adventures, challenges, and accomplishments lie before me!
I am a culture enthusiast. While on a travel assignment in Sacramento, California I ate some delicious authentic homemade Greek, Indian, and Filipino food which was a treat from my daily routine. I also made a lot of good friends. A big 'thanks!' to my recruiter Bobby.
On my days off, I volunteer with the local SAR communities and California Search and Rescue Dog Association.
While I was on assignment in Auburn, Washington, I visited the Olympic National Park. It hosts the largest unmanaged herd of Roosevelt elk in the Pacific Northwest. It was so amazing!
Here are my Travel Nursing sisters at the Hoover Dam. One is an OR nurse in New York City, the other is an ER nurse in San Diego. We are all sisters, all nurses.
I was told that Travel Nursing was not good for people with families. For me, it has been the opposite. My husband's job requires him to travel often. I am so excited for this opportunity with Medical Solutions, but even more, I am so thankful that it has allowed us to be a complete family again.
I am a labor and delivery nurse who has traveled since September of 2014. Originally from Georgia, I have done assignments in Connecticut, San Francisco, Seattle, San Diego, Honolulu, Manhattan and Denver.
