Pat drives the recruitment efforts of Medical Solutions’ Travel Nurse division, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare staffing and recruitment and his signature people-centric leadership style. Pat is committed to creating the best possible experience for his internal team of recruiters as well as Medical Solutions’ traveling healthcare professionals and clients. He believes great people and teamwork are the reasons behind the company’s continued growth and success. Pat earned his Bachelor of Arts in communication from Midland University. He also serves on the Board of Directors at Christ Lutheran Church in Louisville, Nebraska.
