Rich Thompson

Rich leads Medical Solutions’ Human Resource department, spearheading strategies throughout the employee journey from talent acquisition and HRIS, to talent management and employee engagement. With over nearly 30 years in staffing and recruiting, Rich has designed and developed talent, culture, performance, and leadership programs for tens of thousands of individuals across 60 different countries and built strategic partnerships with three of the world’s leading business schools. By aligning HR functions with operational strategies and developing efficiencies, he elevates the HR function strategically, increasing engagement and productivity and driving organizational success. Rich holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin and a Master of Management from North Park University in Chicago.
