Rob leads the per diem and local workforce strategies at Medical Solutions. After spending two decades in the staffing industry, he founded Matchwell, now a Medical Solutions company, which is dedicated to building a marketplace platform that empowers healthcare organizations to directly access flexible W-2 healthcare professionals. He is a frequent advisor, panelist, and speaker on workforce trends and previously served on the leadership team of a top 10 healthcare staffing agency. Crowe currently serves on the Board of Directors for Arosa and on the Advisory Board for Roobrik. He previously served on the Board of Directors for Vaccine Ambassadors, as well as on the Advisory Boards for Housing for New Hope, Charlotte Rescue Mission, and Bull City Forward. He earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and philosophy from Berry College.
