I traveled throughout my pregnancy. I worked until I was 38 weeks pregnant and delivered my son in Honolulu, Hawaii before moving back home.
My kids are grown and gone. So I decided it was time to explore this great country, help people, and make great new friends!
I am so glad to have been able to combine the two things I love most, being a nurse and traveling. I'm thankful for medical solutions for allowing Leonardo to travel with me where ever I go. He has loved exploring the United States as much as I have. Thanks for making my dream come true.
My friend and I decided to live outside of our comfort zone for 13 weeks. So, we made the most of our first travel assignment by taking road trips. On our days off, we would drive to San Jose, San Francisco, and Carmel, California. We will always cherish that trip.

Traveling has been quite an adventure. I have been able to hike and camp in the beautiful forest of the Olympic Peninsula. It's an amazing place to hike.
Since I started traveling four years ago, I have seen some pretty amazing places, met some really wonderful people, and adopted two fur babies. Life is an adventure and Travel Nursing lets me live mine to the fullest.
I am so grateful for the opportunity to strengthen my nursing skills through Travel Nursing with Medical Solutions, as well as the personal growth and experiences I've gained. I've made memories that will last a lifetime, and am fortunate enough to be able to travel with my dog, Macie.

Medical Solutions realizes the importance of traveling with my best friend, Bella!
During my Arizona assignment, I hiked to Havasupai Falls and camped at the Indian reservation at the bottom. From there, I hiked down to the Colorado River and back. In all, I covered 36 miles in three days, and it was the most beautiful, serene environment I have ever been in!
Travel nursing was the best decision I ever made. I remember thinking back to my first assignment and how nervous I was. I was afraid I would hate it or that I would regret it. Now, all I think about is how I wish I had done it sooner. I have met some pretty amazing people along the way, I have friends across the country, and I have seen some awesome places that I never imagined going. I have learned a lot this past year and have grown significantly as a nurse. I love travel nursing, I love my awesome recruiter and wouldn't work for any other company!
My husband and I packed our bags and drove to California for my first travel assignment. We spent that time exploring all that the central coast had to offer. We spent many mornings at the beach and enjoyed a little taste of wine country in Napa Valley. Next, we headed north to Seattle, Washington where we have enjoyed lots of beautiful views, a ferry ride, and good food. We look forward to continuing our exciting adventure!
I am currently working a contract about 45 minutes from Chicago, Illinois. It's a great city with lots of things to see and do! This is the view from the observation deck at Willis Tower.
I moved across the country to take my first travel assignment in Boise, Idaho. When I need a break from the craziness that is my job, there is no lack of breathtaking scenery to gaze upon or beautiful mountains to hike!
While I was on assignment in Auburn, Washington, I visited the Olympic National Park. It hosts the largest unmanaged herd of Roosevelt elk in the Pacific Northwest. It was so amazing!
Our Cocoa is a great traveler. She has visited Badlands National Park, Mount Rushmore, and Crazy Horse Memorial. She is going to be one well-traveled dog.
I love the adventure and challenge of travel nursing! I enjoy exploring a new city and seeing what each state has to offer.
Travel Nursing has helped me become a braver person and ziplining through the Redwoods is part of the new me.
Travel nursing is a great way to learn about yourself personally, challenge yourself professionally, all while exploring and experiencing the big, beautiful world we live in.
