Since joining the company in 2019, Myers has spearheaded a transformative approach to performance management at Medical Solutions. By designing and introducing a ‘talent rhythm framework,’ the program has evolved to incorporate vital elements such as aligned performance ratings, merit increases, calibration, top talent identification, goal setting, and feedback.
Leveraging automation in 2023, the program has further enhanced the employee experience. Today, talent intelligence informs strategic workforce decisions, marking a significant milestone in Medical Solutions’ commitment to excellence in performance management.
Myers was recognized during the annual Betterworks EmpowerHR virtual conference on March 14, where thousands of attendees heard from HR leaders on how they are thinking about the future of work, empowering performance, and using technology to transform the employee experience.
