Distinguished healthcare staffing company nets two nods on prestigious staffing list

The Staffing Industry Analysts’ North American Staffing 100 List recognizes leaders whose impact on the workforce ecosystem elevates and evolves the industry. The list is not a ranking, but simply an aggregation of the 100 individuals who have influenced the world of staffing. Those on the list include entrepreneurs, CEOs of large staffing companies, and those who have had a major impact or influence through mergers and acquisitions or legislative change.
Meier catapulted Medical Solutions into a leading healthcare talent ecosystem with a servant leadership approach. In 2023, he drove three impactful acquisitions, expanding services and reinforcing the company’s commitment to great patient outcomes. Meier’s guidance secured positions on SIA’s largest healthcare staffing (No. 2) and fastest-growing US staffing firms (No. 22) lists, alongside 16 consecutive years on the Inc. 5000. Francis has led Host Healthcare, which he founded in 2012, to become one of the fastest-growing and highest-ranked travel healthcare firms in the US. With revenue growth of over 1,500% from 2019 to 2022, the company was acquired by Medical Solutions in the fourth quarter of 2022. In 2023, Francis continued to lead Host Healthcare while also serving on the Medical Solutions executive team. This is the fourth year both Meier and Francis were named to the list and seventh consecutive year Meier has been included.
