Compensation and Benefits

If you are injured on the job and it’s an emergency, you should call 911 or go to the nearest ER. However, if your injury is not an emergency, you must contact Conduent at 844-975-3471 prior to getting treatment. Conduent is a 24/7 injury service that provides an immediate assessment from a registered nurse (RN) to accurately examine the severity of the injury and suggest the best course of action. Once you get a referral for medical treatment, Conduent will send a report of injury to us and we will do the work to file a workers’ compensation claim with our claim administrator, CCMSI. Our Work Comp team will then send you an email with your claim information and any further questions.

Pay rates vary from assignment to assignment depending on location, the hospital, your specialty, and other factors. Plus, your compensation package — including your hourly pay, benefits, bonuses, reimbursements, etc. — is completely customized to your lifestyle.

You will be paid weekly via direct deposit. Most travelers use their primary bank for direct deposit to avoid any issues of locating a new bank for every assignment.

We believe that every traveler is different and one inflexible program can’t fit everyone’s individual compensation goals. That’s why you get to customize your pay package to fit your unique needs and lifestyle.

Your pay package is:

  • Customized to fit your needs
  • Simple to understand
  • One of the best in the travel healthcare industry

Whether you want to focus on hourly pay, stipends, bonuses, or per diem, your recruiter will take the time to figure out what’s important for you, and then put together a package for you that outlines each item clearly.
