Medical Solutions CEO Rebecca Rogers Tijerino named to SIA’s inaugural Healthcare Staffing 100 list

OMAHA, NE — Medical Solutions, one of the nation’s leading healthcare workforce solutions partners, is proud to announce that CEO Rebecca Rogers Tijerino has been named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ inaugural Healthcare Staffing 100 list. The list recognizes executives for their leadership, innovation and overall impact on the healthcare staffing industry.

Since joining Medical Solutions as CEO in January 2024, Tijerino has focused on advancing workforce solutions that better connect healthcare organizations and clinicians. Her approach centers on understanding customers’ perspectives and developing solutions that help organizations manage workforce needs while supporting clinicians in delivering care.

“Throughout my career in healthcare, I’ve seen how workforce decisions affect care teams and their patients,” said Patti Artley, Chief Clinical Officer at Medical Solutions. “Rebecca understands that connection. She listens to our clinical perspective, asks thoughtful questions and challenges us to turn what we hear from customers and clinicians into practical solutions.”

Tijerino brings that same focus to the employee experience. Through leadership development and inclusion efforts, she works to create a culture where teammates feel supported and prepared to serve clients and clinicians.

“Rebecca gives our people both a clear direction and room to grow,” said Rich Thompson, Chief Human Resources Officer at Medical Solutions. “Even during a challenging market, she has kept investing in our leaders and encouraging teams to share ideas. This recognition reflects her belief that moving the business forward starts with supporting the people doing the work.”

The honor follows Tijerino’s recent inclusion on SIA’s 2026 Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list, which recognizes senior female leaders across the global staffing industry for their business results, leadership and influence.

Tijerino and her fellow honorees will be recognized during SIA’s Healthcare Staffing Summit, taking place Nov. 9-11, 2026, at the Loews Arlington Hotel in Arlington, Texas.
