OMAHA, NE — Medical Solutions, a leading healthcare workforce partner, today announced that three of its leaders have been selected to serve in roles with the American Staffing Association (ASA) in 2026, reflecting the company’s continued commitment to advancing the industry and supporting sustainable workforce solutions.
Kerry Sirkka, Chief Recruitment Officer; Erin MacKenzie, Vice President of Solution Engineering; and Ashley Hostetter, Vice President of Recruitment Operations, will contribute their expertise across ASA committees, councils, and mentoring programs focused on membership engagement, leadership development, healthcare staffing, and workforce solutions.

Sirkka has been selected to serve on the 2026 ASA Membership Committee, supporting efforts to strengthen member engagement and deliver value across the staffing profession.
MacKenzie will continue her long-standing involvement with ASA through multiple leadership roles in 2026, including her third and final year on the ASA Women in Leadership Council, where she will also serve in a lead role for the council’s webinars and networking call task force; her first year on the ASA Office-Administrative Section Council; and her fifth term as an ASA mentor.
Hostetter has been selected to serve on the 2026 ASA Health Care Section Council, where she will contribute insights to support collaboration, innovation, and best practices within healthcare staffing.
